What exactly are you trying to implement? There is no wrapper available for implementing a custom accessibility service.

I planned to use GLOBAL_ACTION_BACK

This will only work if the user enables your app as an accessibility app. For example: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appspot.app58us.backkey

Yes, it's for special app where user is able to activate this.
But, seems, this performGlobalAction is not for any Android version...
