Printing a thread

Is it possible to print an entire thread? Using the browser print includes lots of excess stuff (like the banners at the top/bottom of page, and also requires displaying each page to print it)

There is currently no other way to print a thread.

1. Copy/paste to Word, most of the formatting is retained.
2. Remove unwanted content, apply your own corrections.
3. Save as PDF and print away!
