J jcredk Member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 9, 2013 #1 Hi all, Since my application has grown, I start to have this issue when working with my attached device (WIKO CINQ FIVE). Code: Copy Parsing code. 0.17 [...] Installing file to device. Error pkg: /data/local/tmp/HRSMain.apk Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE] Restarting ADB Server may solve this problem. Tools - Restart ADB Server. Device serial: 0123456789ABCDEF If I manually uninstall previous test then it deploys correctly. When I look I telephone caracteristics it seems that telephone has 1GB free and SDCard has 29GB free !? Does someone have an idea ? Is this path "/data/local/tmp/HRSMain.apk" on the dev PC or on the device that is supposed to be developed ? Thanks a lot Jo

eps Expert Licensed User Longtime User Oct 9, 2013 #2 How big is the Apk / App? You may well need to attach expansion files to it. The issue here is that the apk itself is a zip version of the App, so when it gets installed it gets unpacked and presumably in expanding the file it blows the limit. There is some more info. here : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/...oid-install-failed-insufficient-storage-error Upvote 0
