iOS Question Problem with Push Notification

Hi.
I am facing a problem while using push notification.
It turns out that was not me who developed the app and the guy who did I haven't more contact.
I have records that when the app went to a test version in Apple (testflight) service it worked.
But to be posted officially on itunes connect the notification crashed. I checked some threads and I already tried several things, but not found anything to solve.
I have recreated the certificates, put them in the c: \ b4i \ keys and then begot push.keysotre the keys folder where I put in my folder objects b4j file (is attached). and then generated a .jar this b4j and put it on the server.
Currently my apple id is used with push notification enable status in delelopment and distribuition.
As I mentioned, this application, in addition to not being my I also haven't experience with B4i or B4J, thank you!

What is the current problem? Do you see any error message?

Note that it is easier to use FirebaseNotifications: FirebaseNotifications / Push Messages (server not required)

there is no error message.
the notification does not appear on the device as expected. I have identified in the PushServer (b4j) log that just goes through sock_Connected.

This notifications firebase allows me to send message from the server?

Yes. You can send messages with a simple http request.
