Problem with the Designer to resize an image (Size NW SE)

When using the designer, I noticed the absence of the function that allows you to resize (proportionally) an object. Example: If I insert an image with size 100x50, and I want to shrink it a little, I can not, because taking it from the bottom, the modific is free losing proportion. I would like to figure out how to shrink the image for example of 50% without having to do the calculations by hand.

You can load the image to an ImageView and set the Gravity to Fill.

You can then set the size with a simple script:

ImageView1.Width = 0.5 * ImageView1.Width
ImageView1.Height = 0.5 * ImageView1.Height

I have already set the gravity to fill, but if you want to enlarge a little directly from the designer would not be possible.
