problems with USB library

why I have the same problem with USB library?
(USBpl2303, USBdetails...)
the code stops (crashes) here:
manager.Initialize

Ops...:BangHead:
USBmanager work only with Android SDK 12 or above (Android 3.1 or above).
My device (Tablet epad) mounts Android 2.2.
How can i use USBpl2303 with it?

Usb Host is only supported from Android 3.1 or above.
