B4J Question Program crash issue...

Dear friends,
I have this issue of program crash. The program runs great for about a month but after that it crashes. Included is the screenshot of the log. Since the program is installed at client's place I do not have regular logs (excuse me for that!)
Using 64 bit Java 8

You have a memory leak somewhere.

A heap dump file is usually created when the memory runs out. You should get it and analyze it with VisualVM.

But I dont have a clue of how to use VisualVM! Can you please guide?

First step is to get the heap dump from the client.
