Android Question Publish my application in Google Play

One question I have .... maybe a couple of them .... on Google PLAY

1 ° if yourself, from your application, you control whether registered or not (I realize with a call to a MySQL server and keeping the key in a INI, I check to run).
2 º from the same application I am indicating to the user, if it is in demo mode, the account number for the purchase of the application.

How does this influence when sending your application to Google PLAY?
Is it possible?

You can use your own licensing solution. It doesn't matter whether the user downloaded the APK from Google Play or from any other source.

And with respect to payment of the application, I can continue as it is or I have to change the way of charging the application?

How are you currently charging? Technically you can probably charge it in the same way. However you will need to check Google terms of service to learn whether it is allowed or not.
