Android Question Push not show in out of app

Hi.
I use parse push notification.
I haven't any problem in push in last and when my app was stopped,my app received push
But now,if i dont open my app,push not receive and i should be open app for receive push
What's problem?

How are you stopping your app? If you kill it from the task manager then it will not start until you explicitly start it again.

I use activity.finish in app for close app.

GCM works properly. I'm not familiar with Parse implementation.
