Android Question Recommend protocol to comunication between Android and esp32

Hello

I would like to create a simple program in Android that 1) sends a signal to the ESP32 (Arduino) to turn on an output, for example pin10, when a button is pressed on Android tablet, and the ESP32 sends a signal back indicating that the output is successfully active. 2) The same ESP32 will stream video from a camera when output pin10 is active to an Android tablet. The communication should be via WiFi.(I will use B4a, Arduino). Which protocol would you recommend? MQTT, HTTP, Socket...
