Yes, but after your post I tried again and now I understood you can write regions within routines but the "intellisense" seems not allow you to do it.

[I'm using B4J V. 3.70, I don't know if it is fixed now -4.00]

When I tried it, the auto-complete doesn't suggest it. But it still works and you can collapse and expand the Region as normal.
