Android Question Relay Whatsapp message to third party

Hi guys,

Assuming that I have a B4A apps on Whatsapp running in my Android phone. Upon received text/message sent by a specific group (I mean A GROUP) ... I wanted my apps to relay (re deliver) that text message to a specific IP address ... say to an apps running in a PC via udp. Can that be done with the existing Whatsapp library?

I don't think that Whatsapp provides any API that allows you to read incoming messages.

You might be able to use the NotificationsListener library to read the message.

Hi Erel,

I am thinking about using the popular platform of passing messages from machine (embedded electronic) to the human (possibly the home owner for instance) by making use of the Android phone as the mediator (with B4A apps). SMS is costly for frequent messaging. You are mentioning the NotificationsListener lib.... how do I use it, with tcp or udp or sms?
