PCAP+Wireshark (or similar solutions) let you spy on data traffic between source and destination. That way you (hopefully) would understand the protocol used and mimic it in a new app made by you Upvote 0

I used Packet Capture app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.greyshirts.sslcapture&hl=en&pli=1) to capture the data from Mi Remote app. I am trying to figure out what the data represent.
