Do i have to create a new license? Becauses this expires in a few days? After this, do i have to recompile all my apps with the new license and upload them as a new version at appstore?

You don't need to update the apps because of the certificate change.

You dont need to update any of your app. When you need to update them, you will need new certificates.

Yes.

You will see that after doing it once or twice you can complete these steps in 2 - 4 minutes.
