Run PHP code inside a WebView

Hi all!I'm going to finish my application development but I need help for this. I would like to load a php page (saved in 'files' folder) with a webview and use the PHP function GET. I would like to open the page test.php?a=123&b=123&c=123 from the phone, without using an online server. Is it possible?

Not without something (Web Server or otherwise) to execute the PHP on the handheld.
