iOS Question Sandbox Purchase History Not Clearing

I have a simple non-consumable in-app purchase in my sandbox that will not clear from the purchase history. I'm following the standard Edit > Clear Purchase History process described in App Store Connect, but with no results. Is there something I'm overlooking?

Although I did have an earlier in-app purchase that did clear, but it seemed to take days. Only patience needed here?
