iOS Question Screen recorder for iPhone

Hi, Guys
It appears (unlike B4A) there is no built-in screen recorder for Apple in the B4i IDE - am I correct?

If correct, could someone recommend a recorder App to do the job - I need to record various pages of a simple App which has low resolution (NOT a fast moving game). Also I don't need edit features, I use software from Wondershare to edit videos.

In iPhone SE 2016 it is built in. You just have to swipe from the bottom up and select it. I do not know if this is the case for other iPhones.

Yes - found that (and set it up), but the files generated are Mp4 and about 1Mbtye per second - This is a bit over the top for a simple recording to show how to use a App which could run for several minutes. Just wondered how other people handled the problem.
