Scrollview performance lag - event handling

Hi there,

I've build a complex scrollview structure to preview sample pics and data. The Pics are loaded in short time, also the data struture. But now i realize that there might be an little lag after scrolling. If I scroll down (i can see all data and pics) there appears a scrollbar for a short time (1-2 seconds), in this time there is I can't fire my view click in the scrollbar views for example.

Any ideas?

Are you handling the ScrollChanged event? This event can be raised many times during a scroll so it is important that it will run very quick.

No i'dont. I took a quick look at this event, scrolling runs just fine. I also noticed this behavior in the examples. If I will click twice on an view (added to this panel), it seems to stop scrolling and the event will be accessible. But i couldn't force this behavior by code, could I? The Ui won't be so clear, if the user has to tab twice.

This is the behavior of the native ScrollView. Once you start scrolling it it assumes that the finger movement is related to scrolling.
