You can use Bluetooth instead of TCP or UDP. The code is mostly the same.

Only one question, for the application about the desktop control from android device needs the application side pc?

I'm not sure that I understand the question...

I try to explain better my question.
For the example "Control the desktop with your phone" there is need also the application that running pc side on listening for UDP packets or only works only with the android example running on the smartphone?

I also tryed to send messages via bluetooh, but between two android device they works while from smartphone to PC not works. The smartphone does not see the PC during the serching bluetooh device.

Yes, there must be a program running on the PC.
