For some reason when I compile and run and my Android phone is connected by USB cable I am getting this pop up every time. Prior to today I have never seen this. Any idea how to stop it?

I had to do this for every one of my Android devices (copied from Google search).

Steps to Disable Play Protect:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
  3. Select Play Protect.
    • Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right.
    • Toggle off "Scan apps with Play Protect".
    • Confirm by clicking "Turn off" in the prompt. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Important Notes:
  • Security Risk: Disabling Play Protect makes your device more vulnerable to malicious apps, as it will no longer scan for harmful software.
  • Alternative Method: You can also access these settings through the "[Files by Google" app under the 'Clean' section, according to a Google Community Video.
  • Cannot Turn Off: Individuals enrolled in [Google's Advanced Protection Program may not be able to disable this feature.
  • Re-enable: It is strongly recommended to turn this feature back on after installing your desired application to keep your device safe. [1, 2, 3, 4]
