B4J Question Set jetty request log time to follow system time zone?

Does anyone know how to set jetty request log time to follow the system time zone and log file name format?

I don’t believe it can be changed. Web logs are a prescribed format and date times are always in UTC to avoid confusion.

I think so. Because you can search for them to change in the way that you modify the configuration file. But I don't know how to programmatically change it.
