Why my notif info is not change?

    Notif.Initialize
    Notif.Icon = "logo.ico"
    Notif.Sound = False
    Notif.Vibrate = False
    Notif.AutoCancel=True
        Notif.SetInfo("I-Moto started", "", Main)
    'snotif.Notify(9999)
    Service.StartForeground(1,Notif)

You have to use notif.icon without file extension (.ico).

Make sure, that your files in \objects\res\drawable are write-protected. If they are not they will be deleted while compiling.
Did you test with a not empty body? I'm not sure but maybe empty strings cause failures. Try

Notif.SetInfo("I-Moto started", "some text", Main)

Notif.Icon = "icon"
