Wish Show Excluded subs - Conditional Compilation

I didn't think about this while testing, but now using it in anger, I think it would be useful to have an option to display all subs in the subs list, even if they are excluded with the conditional compilation flags, perhaps show the excluded subs in gray as with the code.

I can see how this may help in debugging situations.

While such features are technically possible to implement they are more complicated than it may seem. The parser doesn't work properly with "broken code". The excluded code will be considered broken code in many cases. For example there might be duplicate subs or missing types.

It can easily create a mess.
