Android Question Signature capture proj error

Hi all,
After a very long time today I tried to compile the signature capture example project.. I updated the manifest editor to MinSdkVersion 30
I got this error message (attached screenshot) .
Any meaning appreciated

I have tested It is ok with the example even though updated to MinSdkVersion 30, try to create a new project and copy the example to it.

The version I installed is working but the signature area is very small
