Android Question [SOLVED] B4A and B4J IDE not starting

I tried to start B4A this morning and received the displayed error. I also tried starting B4J and received a similar error. I have re-installed B4a 9.0 and Java (Windows x64 / jdk-8u202-windows-x64.exe).

This was a previously working installation. I'm at a loss as to where to look.

My fix:

A recently installed CAD package also installed .Net Framework v4.6.2. I uninstalled v4.6.2 and installed the latest (?) v4.7.2 and B4A/B4J and the CAD package work.
