After reinstalling Windows 10 I reinstalled B4A using version 8.80 Beta #2.
I can't get the AVD to work. I can choose screen size but the Platform field remains empty.
There are a number of recommended files that I can't download and get the message:
"Warning: Failed to read or create install properties file."
Amongst the files that I can't download are:
Android SDK Build-Tools 27.0.1
Android Emulator
Can anyone suggest what is wrong? (I have installed Android Studio independently)
