Android Question Some anti-virus software prompts infected with Trojan horse

Hi:
When i install my app to some users cellphone,some anti-virus software prompts infected with Trojan horse ,like this:

The app is development by b4a 5.0 , It's contain some librarys :

It probably sees the classes from the Phone library that can intercept SMS messages. However they cannot work without the android.permission.RECEIVE_SMS permission.
