Beta Some Designer optimizations

- the designer should remember the last opended file like in B4A 4.30. If I reopen the designer I always have to reload the last layout file used.

- If I just open the designer, load a layout file, select a button, change the butten text (without pressing enter) and save the layout again the button text is not changed. I have to press enter on the button text and then it is saved. Even if I press enter and close the designer I don't get the question to save the changes. The designer just closes and my changes are lost.

1. Implemented for the stable version.

Wasn't able to reproduce this one.
