Android Question Sqlite Table Missing in Oreo

I have an SQlite Database ".S3db" which contain 5 Tables. I have upgraded Android Version from 7 to 8.0. After upgrading, sometimes tables in Sqlite Database are not showing. After restarting the device, all 5 tables are showing...

Is there any bug in Android 8.0?
