Android Question SQLiteLight1

It must be me.

Installed SQLiteLight1 from the SQL booklet.
I can scroll through the 4 entries and that's about it. The Add, Delete and Update buttons don't do anything. I can change the text but it doesn't stay changed.
The booklet mentioned a starter service, none in this project.

This has to have worked for hundreds of people, but it is too simple for me to have done anything wrong.

Any clues?

Roger

Sorry, there is an error in the program.
Attached a modified working one.
It is amended for the next Booklets update.
The two simple SQLiteLight programs, SQLiteLight1 and SQLiteLight2, do not have the Starter module to keep them simple.
