iOS Question Square labels in iOS 9

I thought it was a problem of the font , but I tested with all fonts and I found that the problem is when I LoadLayout at runtime. Are an equivalent to panel.invalidate in iOS?
In some of my apps I need to load so the controls.

The label don't show round corner. See the down label, is created in runtime.

Set the label background to Transparent and put it on a panel with yellow background and red borders.
