Store Config path for using different API versions in the project file.

Right now the config path is used for all projects but this is a little inconvenient because sometimes you want to create apps. for specific devices.

Right now that means you have to change this config path all the time when opening different projects.

I would like to see this be stored into the project settings, much more logical.

You can reference the highest available sdk. It will work for all devices.
