Android Question Strange library names in the library manager. How do I delete them?

Hi Everyone.

I have been having a problem compiling an app using the Material Date Time Picker. To start from scratch I deleted the MaterialDateTimePicker v1.7 from my additional libraries folder but still see an entry in the Libraries Manager called "._MaterialDateTimePicker". I think this is causing my app to not compile after copying the 3 Material Date Time Picker files back into my additional libraries folder.

The attached screen shot shows the strange entries in the Libraries Manager. How do I delete these entries?

Also out of curiosity, I ticked the "._MaterialDateTimePicker" entry and immediately get the error shown in the other screen shot so there must be an obvious connection to that entry and the Material Date Time Picker.

Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

I was able to clean out the Libraries Manager entries by copying all of the files from my additional libraries folder to another folder I created and pointed the additional libraries path to that new folder.

As far as compiling the v1.7 Material Date Time Picker, that still would not compile so I tried v1.52 and that would compile. I wanted to see which of the 3 files would be the problem. I copied the .jar and that worked. Also copying the .xml worked. It was when I copied the .aar it crashed when compiling so it looks like a bug in the .aar file. I hope they can fix that sometime soon.
