suggest: keyword android api level

only show keywords of b4a libs which accepts api 1.6 when in IDE

Or is there another way to dectect which methods we can use for a specific
OS version?

All internal keywords are supported by Android 1.6 and above.
Libraries that require a higher version should describe it clearly.
