How can take a screenshot of an entire listview? Thanks

You can only get a screenshot of what is currently displayed on the screen. Does it really need to be a picture or would you be happy with a list of the contents? This could either be sent to the log your written to a file.

A picture would really be nice. I need a picture so then it could be used for sharing
