The launch icon for my first published app is a circular shape, conforming to the official px sizes. The 512 x 512 icon asked for when submitting to Google Play, may that be a poster with most of the background taken up with the official circular launch icon, but with additional information printed below, like the name of the app, some info, and the software company name? (Actually the name of a .com I bought for promoting this).
I hope I made my question clear. Can the 512x512 be in effect a poster for the app, with the same launch icon prominent?
