iOS Question This app may slow down iphone warning

I have updated my phone to ios 10.1 . Now i am getting an error saying some thing like : , this app may slow down the iphone. Developer should update the app . What should we do ?

It shouldn't happen with your released apps as they include both 32 bit and 64 bit binaries.
