I'd like to see a tutorial for why apps are rejected from the Apple/Google App Stores. This would save developers a great deal of time (and embarrassment) if we can learn from other people's mistakes.

This would of course include rejections due to:
  1. design flaws (maybe include links to Apple's/Google's design template?)
  2. rejection due to view's location/size problems
  3. font/button/color problems
  4. forgetting to include x,y,z (maybe a checklist?)
  5. common mistakes when designing a commercial app
  6. add your own experiences to this list
This would help B4x developers to design commercial apps properly the first time without suffering from a major rewrite in order to conform to the app store requirements.

At first I thought we could include all of this information in a thread, but then it would be in the wrong order and the tips/suggestions would scattered all over the place. A tutorial would take a logical step by step approach to the problem with links to iOS and Android developer web pages.

I really think the B4x community would benefit immensely from this. What do you guys think?

+1 from me.

In the end it would be no complete thing, cause only Google/apple can decide. But a summery written by experienced guys with a collection of commen mistakes would surely help more than their non-userfriendly documentations.
