Android Question Tutorial on creating a custom theme and implementing it

Hi Everyone,

I found this site: http://android-holo-colors.com/ that allows users to create a custom theme and it's associated files but I don't know how to implement it in my B4A project.

Can you reply with a tutorial on how to do this?
