We finished with one problem, now we're back to the second.
I tried enabling developer mode, entering the UID code, re-creating the certificate and profile, and reinstalling the bridge. Nothing worked. I had an iPhone 6 that worked fine; today I tried an iPhone 11 and encountered the same problem.
