Android Question Unknown Reference in (sample) B4A Help App

Hi,
Newbie Q, sorry. I'm trying out some of the apps from the "Share your creations" section of these forums.
I'm trying to build the B4A Help App (from B4A Help App ), but I get errors :

B4A Version: 10.0
Java Version: 11
Parsing code.    Error
Error parsing program.
Error description: Unknown type: androidresources
Are you missing a library reference?
Error occurred on line: 60 (Main)
Dim AR As AndroidResources

I don't have anything like the B4A understanding I need yet, so I've no idea ho to resolve this.
