Android Question Update from targetSdkVersion 26 to 28

What steps we need to do for app update from targetSdkVersion 26 to 28:
- Add to manifest CreateResourceFromFile(Macro, Core.NetworkClearText) - if app communicating with non-SSL servers.
- Use latest OkHttpUtils2 v2.81

You should not target Sdk 28 for now.

Ahhh.... I see support for 28 in latest B4A and I think all things are ready for 28.
