Android Question Update/Insert confirmation

Is there a way to get a MySql update/Insert/Delete confirmation message. FTP provides confirmation of UpLoads and Downloads. Or, do I have to run a select query after an update? Any insight appreciated.

No, I am using Http Utils2 - Does RDC have the same features as Http Utils2? Does it still connect through PHP?

If Job.Success is true in JobDone then the server didn't encounter any error.

Very interesting but so far the examples I have seen are really not clear (to me). I appears I have to write a separate piece of code to insert,select... for each table? Is there example to down load? Usually, things are easier than I think - I may making it to hard.
