Use Bridge through WAN

Hi, has anybody connected to a device using Bridge through a WAN, i.e. internet? I've opened port 6789 on my router and pointed it to the IP of my device however my remote server can't seem to connect to my device. Any ideas?

Which IP address are you putting in the IDE? It should be the public IP not the device local IP.

Yes I used the public IP

The IDE tries to first ping the device. Make sure that the IP address is "pingable".
