V1.9 installation failed due invalid email

I have received the V1.9 email with the user and password.
The sign in with the supplied user and password was OK
The download proceeded with no errors
However when openining B4A an INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS error occured.
Is there a way I can correct this?

Enterprise V1.9 installation error- Invalid email address

I am also facing Invalid email address error when starting B4a.

I have sent a mail to support with the screenshot attached.

When can I expect the issue to be resolved?

Sorry to jump on someone elses thread.
But my issue relates to the same as the original poster of this thread.

I have just purchase b4a today, but having trouble opening after installation.
emailed support@ but thought the forum might be an option with online members available?
