Android Question voice chat? how?

I would like to add a VOICE CHAT functionality in my app.
My app uses many android device and a server running windows, exchanging data
I need to implement a voice chat (one to one) from an android device to another android device. all devices are in the same network (using wifi)
there are many app ready on the market... so can i implemnent that function OR can I use an external app?

Adding voice chat to your app is quite difficult. You can add something like: Walkie Talkie - Audio streaming over Wifi or Bluetooth

a question, before testing: if I talk 30 seconds, the voice will be buffered and sent at the end , or it is sent continuously?

It is sent continuously. However this is a half duplex solution (like a real walkie talkie). You can either transmit or receive. Not both at the same time.
