Way to eliminate MediaPlayer pause between looping?

Is there a way to eliminate the pause between looping audio?
It's like 1/10 of a second but it's very noticeable since the clip is only 0.75 seconds long

Try to use SoundPool instead. SoundPool is intended for low latency playback.
