B4J Question [WebApp] Relativy coordinate for UI elements...

Hi to all!
Please help me for resolve situation with get screen dimension for design elements dynamically.
I see all WebApp examples and all UI elements have strong coordinate for placement.
Is possible working with relativy coordinate for UI elements?

I understand about create dynamic controls (on runtime).
I not understand how make layout using visible client area (Widht and Heigh, width is prior).
Or make alight by left or right side.
And if client (browser) change size - how resize?

The layout is standard html + css layout. Go over some css tutorials to learn how to adapt to different screen sizes.
