Android Question webview and Keyboard closing

in my case if I have the keyboard showing in my app and if clicked on the WebView the keyboard get closed .
Why when I click on webview the keyboard get closed? can I avoid that?

It will open when you click again on a text field inside WebView.

Remember that the less you use WebView the better.
