Android Question What's the best and newest way to mock a location?

Hi all ,
There are some thread for mocking location such as (Mock-LocationProvider Lib - Bitstra) and (OSM Maps / FusedLocationProviderClient GMS - Harris).
The bitstra's one is very old thread and I guess maybe there are a newer and better ways to mocking location. (Thanks to bitstra for that, I don't tried that way bcuz I geuss the old ways may be detected as fake feeding location with other apps. and it's logical to found new ways for detecting mock coordinates since 2012.)
And the Harris's one, I confused with that. and each time I read it again, confuse more.

The main issue:
Have anyone the trustable and stable way to set mock location?
